Rain barrel sale raises over $2,300

Thanks for a generous donation of 50+ rain barrels from the Elements of Nolan Hill, we hosted a rain barrel sale in May and raised over $2,300. This was our single largest amount of funds raised to date and it was made possible because of the support of our community members.

Over the course of two weekends, Kris McPherson and David Pon from our Symons Valley Leisure and Amenities Society (SVLAS) Board arranged for the pick-up and delivery of these rain barrels to community members and Calgarians across the city.
