Last weekend, Symons Valley Park hosted our first every Family Fun Day event. Over 500 community residents, performers, sponsors and vendors attend the event to experience what the future Symons Valley Park can offer.
We had a full line-up of Live Performances. The event kicked-off with a Lion Dance by Jing Woo Cultural Association, followed by a number of musical and dance performances. Attendees even had the opportunity to learn their own Bollywood dance moves in a audience participation number led by SPARQ Productions.
Attendees also enjoyed hot chocolate and activities provided by Vivo for Healthier Generations and SportBall. A mobile bicycle skills park was set-up with ramps and obstacles provided by B-Line indoor Bike Park.
Thanks to the support of area businesses and residents who attended the Symons Valley Park Family Fun Day last weekend, we raised over $1,200 from the Silent Auction!
