If you're a Kincora, Nolan Hill, Sage Hill or Sherwood resident with an active membership with your community association and can meet once a month for approximately two hours, consider joining your neighbours to bring permanent recreational amenities to our community! We're recruiting for:

Secretary. This executive position is responsible for managing records for our legal entity of Symons Valley Leisure & Amenities Society. It serves a critical function for ensuring our organization meets our regulatory requirements and functions effectively. In addition, the Secretary is responsible for setting and distributing agendas prior to our monthly Board meetings and recording meeting minutes. Time: Approx. 3 hrs/month.
